FUNCTION AND FEATURE (CUTTING SEWAGE PUMP):
Sewage pump with cutting system is suitable for pumping the suspension liquid which affect ordinary sewage pump running.
A high-speed rotating cutter is assembled at the pump's water inlet, which can cut off long-fiber textiles, grass, and branch easily, that avoid the impeller is blocked by the entanglement and appear motor stalling and motor burn. To guarantee the hardness and toughness of the alloy multisurface cutter and cutterhead are high-technology processed, furthermore they are wear-resisting and anti-corrosion.That can keep sharp for a long time. The float switch can be automatic controlled by the change of liquid level. The protector in the motor can automatically cut off power when it's overheating or overcurrenting, which guarantee the pump operation in the atrocious environment.
CONDITION OF USAGE:
1. The maximum depth of the pump underwater operation is 5 m;
2. The ambient temperature for operating is 0~40 °C;
3. The pH scope of liquid is 68. The pH scope for 304 material is 410;
4. The kinematics viscosity of trans medium is 7xl0-7-23 x10-6 /s;
5. The maximum density for transmission medium is 1.2xl03 kg/m³

WARRANTY
1. We offer warranty 18 months,since the date from the customer sell to their customers.
2. During the warranty,if any quality claims,we will ask for documents(usually guarantee cards), photos and detailed reports of the defects and the possible causes, once it is confirmed, we will send free spare parts to make maintenance, if the pumps are not possible to be repaired,we will send new pumps for free in next shipments.
3. We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment,for your usual easy maintenance. 2% is 2% of the order quantity.
