YG (KYWB) series vertical non-explosive Oil Pump is used for light and textile, mechanical tec.

industries to transport non-corrosive, inflammable, explosive liquids; the medium temperature

is from 20°C to 120 °Cand density less than 1000kg/m3.





FEATURES





Impeller is fixed up directly on lengthening shaft, which result in short axial length, pump and motor coincide perfectly, which effectively reduce the axial and radial force.


Stable running, low noise, high concentricity of components. Beatings of low noise are used for hr motor, the impellers has the advantage of best dynamic and static balance, as no vibration at running, thus, the environment can be improved.


Easy to maintain. It is not necessary to remove the pipeline for check-out and maintenance, only to take out the nuts on the pump lid, the motor and the driving components.


The pump, according to the operation condition of the worksite, could be mounted in many ways, vertically, horizontally etc, and also according to the requirements for the flow and stroke, mounted in parallel or in series to increase the needed flow and stroke.

WORKING CONDITIONS



Max-working pressure of pump system is less than 1.6mpa, which refers to the pressure of the suction and the stroke that are less than 1.6mpa,the pressure static tests is 2.5mpa,please notify the pressure for the system at work when ordering and it should be otherwise noted if the said pressure is larger than 1.6mpa so that you can use cast steel material for the over-flow and joint parts.


Proper medium: the medium for pure-Water Pumps should have no corrosive liquid, whose quantity should not be more than 0.1 %of the unit volume, and for the graininess, less than 0.2mm. Please inform us in order if the medium are used with small grain.


The ambient temperature should not be over 120°C,and not be more than 95%of the relative humidity.

Warranty


1. We offer warranty 18 months,since the date from the customer sell to their customers.



2. During the warranty,if any quality claims,we will ask for documents(usually guarantee cards), photos and detailed reports of the defects and the possible causes, once it is confirmed, we will send free spare parts to make maintenance, if the pumps are not possible to be repaired,we will send new pumps for free in next shipments.


3. We will always include 2% free spare parts which can be easily damaged in each shipment,for your usual easy maintenance. 2% is 2% of the order quantity.
