Control cabinet structure is divided into the main loop, control loop part, add-on parts
The main loop:
Refers to the power input through the circuit breaker, contactor, thermal relay contactor main circuit to the output terminal (connected to a motor) loop.
The control loop: From the signals received by a complete break or control circuit, protection circuit and display circuit fault.
External accessories: Liquid level gauge, pressure switch, float switch, electric contact pressure gauge, temperature controller, to achieve signal element automatic work.
Installation note:
1. The wiring before inspect the internal components for damage, loss, loose.
2. Check accuracy according to the control cabinet with the instruction manual wiring, correct connection of power line, ground wire, signal wire, thread must be pressed firmly.
3. Debugging before is not connected with the pump motor is no-load test, if the contactor motion and panel instructions are correct, then the motor wire.
4. With the current meter or clamp meter verification working current, the current of each line should be equal.
